MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Marketing Account Manager will operate as a dedicated member of the marketing team managing internal and external marketing efforts for FD. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project manage-ment, goal setting, and administrative support. The Marketing Accounts Manager must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening, and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that in-cludes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination, and creative work. The Marketing Account Manager must be able to operate independently and function as a member of the team. The Marketing Account Manager should have good problem-solving skills, be able to make informed decisions, and display excellent interpersonal skills.
Create, implement, and manage project plans for various marketing activities.
Liaise with suppliers for events and branded marketing collateral
Plan and execute internal and external company events as well as regional events
Vendor Portal Administration
Internal training associated with competencies:
Adhere and complete the Company Learning Map issued during the first week of employment to meet the expectation.

Create, implement, and manage project plans for various marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing plans for the company and its vendors.
- Implement and coordinate approved marketing activities in the quarterly marketing plans for the company and its vendors.
- Liaise with all role players: Vendors, Product managers, Suppliers, and Marketing team.
- Keep an updated task list and project sheet for all marketing activities and events.
- Schedule regular progress meetings with Brand Managers to ensure activities are car-ried out as per the approved marketing plan.
- Obtain approval and sign-off from Brand Managers for marketing activities.
- Maintain a tracking sheet for all marketing activities.
- Manage Marketing budgets.
- Manage marketing briefs for marketing activities.
Liaise with suppliers for events and branded marketing collateral
- Keep and maintain an updated trusted supplier database.
- Manage the procurement process with Brand managers and suppliers. From sourcing to final delivery.
- Negotiate the best pricing and best quality.
- Ensure that all vendors and company brand guidelines are adhered to.
Plan and execute internal and external company events as well as regional events
- Assist with company regional events and functions.
- Keep a project sheet for all events and functions.
- Liaise with trusted suppliers.
- Manage event budget to prevent overspending.
- Assist with setup and registration.
- Manage all suppliers and processes required for a successful event.
- Create a post-event report for all events.
- Book and make travel arrangements if required.
Vendor Portal Administration
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the vendor marketing portal with marketing activities.
- Submit claims with POE as per vendor requirements.
- Work closely with the finance administrator regarding quotes and invoices related to marketing projects.
Internal training associated with competencies:
Adhere and complete the Company Learning Map issued during the first week of employment to meet the expectation.
Minimum Qualification:
- Marketing Diploma
Minimum Experience:
- 5 Years of relevant experience in Marketing
Office Requirements:
- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Own Transport.

- This is a permanent position subject to a successful three-month probationary period.
